Moroniti to Director, Information Technology. For over two decades, Moroniti has developed state-of-the-art solutions to meet the evolving technology needs of the firm, providing Hoffmann’s architects and engineers the infrastructure to deliver exceptional projects.

In his new capacity, Moroniti collaborates with executive leadership to shape the strategic vision for the firm’s digital environment. He leads initiatives to implement advanced technology solutions tailored to our architectural and engineering needs. He oversees IT operations, enhances cybersecurity measures, integrates cutting-edge tools, and fosters interdepartmental collaboration to drive operational excellence.

Moroniti’s career at Hoffmann, spanning over 20 years, has been marked by significant achievements. He has managed the firm’s information technology operations, promoting security, reliability, and optimal performance. During the pandemic, his technological agility enabled the firm’s shift to maintain productivity during a challenging transition. Beyond remote work, the structure he established continues to provide the flexibility to adapt to Hoffmann’s needs, from administration to project delivery. His commitment to technical excellence has been evident in his ability to provide exceptional support to employees, swiftly resolving issues and minimizing downtime. Additionally, he procured and implemented design and project management software to meet evolving project demands. Recognizing the importance of cybersecurity, he advises staff on best practices to protect against emerging threats. Finally, one of his most impactful accomplishments involved successfully migrating the firm to a cloud-based framework, enhancing scalability and operational efficiency.

Education and Expertise

Moroniti earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Quinnipiac University. He is an active member of the Newforma Product Advisory Board and the Comcast Business Advisors Panel, contributing his expertise to shape industry-leading advancements. He holds certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). Outside the office, Moroniti is a dedicated hockey coach, player and fan; home winemaker; and avid gardener.
