During the pandemic, his technological agility enabled the firm’s shift to maintain productivity during a challenging transition. Beyond remote work, the structure he established continues to provide the flexibility to adapt to Hoffmann’s needs, from administration to project delivery. His commitment to technical excellence has been evident in his ability to provide exceptional support to employees, swiftly resolving issues and minimizing downtime. Additionally, he procured and implemented design and project management software to meet evolving project demands. Recognizing the importance of cybersecurity, he advises staff on best practices to protect against emerging threats. Finally, one of his most impactful accomplishments involved successfully migrating the firm to a cloud-based framework, enhancing scalability and operational efficiency.

Moroniti earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Quinnipiac University. He is an active member of the Newforma Product Advisory Board and the Comcast Business Advisors Panel, contributing his expertise to shape industry-leading advancements. He holds certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). Outside the office, Moroniti is a dedicated hockey coach, player and fan; home winemaker; and avid gardener.
