Pittsburgh Property Maintenance Code Support

Beginning in 2004, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania adopted the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Pittsburgh to protect health, safety, and welfare in existing buildings and structures. Based on the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the Pittsburgh ordinance requires periodic inspection of exterior features by a licensed architect or engineer.

Since our first project in Pittsburgh in 1984, Hoffmann Architects + Engineers has provided condition assessment, reporting, design, and repair services to buildings throughout the Steel City. Don’t take chances with public safety – we can help.
