Building Enclosure Investigations and Repairs
For 25 years, Citigroup has entrusted the care and rehabilitation of their New York City buildings to Hoffmann Architects + Engineers. Our design professionals have conducted facade safety investigations pursuant to New York City Local Law 10 of 1980 and Local Law 11 of 1998 (Facade Inspection Safety Program) at Citigroup buildings throughout the New York metropolitan area, including related rehabilitation, stabilization, repair, and compliance management services. We have provided Local Law 11 / FISP investigation services at Citigroup properties including 388 Greenwich Street, 390 Greenwich Street, 25-01 Jackson Avenue, 35 Wall Street, 111 Wall Street, 333 West 34th Street, and 250 West Street.
Outside Manhattan, Hoffmann designed and observed construction of interior lobby floor rehabilitations at two Brooklyn Citibank branches, 375 Court Street and 7501 3rd Avenue. At Citibank Elmhurst Financial Center in Elmhurst, New York, we developed design documents and provided construction administration services for the waterproofing and rehabilitation of a high-traffic plaza over occupied space.
Throughout our longstanding relationship with Citigroup, Hoffmann Architects + Engineers has been selected for diverse building enclosure and interior investigation, waterproofing, and rehabilitation projects that achieve compliance with city codes and serve to stabilize and maintain the properties of the world’s largest financial services network.
