Cindy S. Lattanzio

Guiding employees in navigating benefits election, training, and personnel relations, Cindy is responsible for overseeing recruiting, hiring, and retention, as well as for administering benefits and compensation, providing management coaching, and improving job satisfaction and employee engagement for the entire staff. With experience at global Fortune 500 companies and a degree in sociology from Susquehanna University, Cindy brings sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills to the support and management of the firm’s most valuable resource: its people.

Cindy is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, beach vacations, and spending time with her young son.
