With experience in sales and marketing for property managers, Kat knows the real estate industry. She understands the needs of developers, owners, and facility professionals, and her focus on building relationships fosters a collaborative approach to meeting clients’ needs.

Kat earned her B.A. from Seton Hall University in New Jersey while rising to assistant general manager at a local children’s swim school. An accomplished swimmer, she looked to encourage this healthy passion in young people. While in her position, she took on increasing responsibilities, boosting customer retention through engaging programming and attentive communication. She brought this same client-centered approach to her role in business development for property management, where her initiatives saw a significant uptick in client engagement.

At Hoffmann, Kat brings this relationship-driven sensibility to identifying and meeting clients’ needs. As the business development contact for the greater New York area, she coordinates among technical staff, consultants, and prospects to create winning proposals that attend to logistical, budgetary, and performance requirements. Kat strives to build long-term partnerships with clients that support them in managing their building assets now and in the future.

Fluent in Spanish, Kat is experienced in social media promotion, presentation and workshop development, collateral material and proposal package production, client outreach, and business development planning.
