Nicholas J. Moroniti

Given the technologically-driven nature of the profession, Nick plays a critical role at Hoffmann: he directs, plans, implements, troubleshoots and maintains all computing systems for the firm. From drafting software to smartphones, Nick applies his computer science degree from Quinnipiac University to the long-term planning and day-to-day management of the firm’s technology resources.

Nick oversees technology partner relationships, including software, cloud, and DataCom service providers. He also governs all facets of network and cyber security, as well as coordinates and administers staff technology training. Seamlessly and efficiently adapting operations to the varying stages of the pandemic, he designed and implemented private wide-area network and effectively migrated the firm from a 100% premise-based infrastructure to Hybrid Cloud. Under his leadership, the firm’s staff successfully transitioned from an office-based workforce to a hybrid remote workforce. Adaptability and responsiveness are the hallmarks of Nick’s infrastructure management to keep Hoffmann nimble and productive in any conditions.

In his free time, Nick is a devoted hockey coach, parent, player, and fan, as well as an avid gardener. He has been making his own homemade wine for over 20 years.
